Dr. Casey loves working with the whole family. She will educate and empower you to make the health choices that will have lifelong benefits for both you and your children.
Dr. Casey was diagnosed with celiac disease at 19 years old and it was one of the driving factors that made her passionate about becoming a naturopathic doctor. Since her diagnosis, she has learned a lot about celiac disease, through her education and through her own experiences. She understands the challenges of living with a chronic digestive disease and has made it her goal to support others who are living with celiac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, and many other digestive conditions. She strongly believes that a healthy body and mind begins with a healthy digestive system.
Emily Casey graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) with a Doctor of Naturopathy (ND) and is a licensed naturopathic doctor. Prior to her naturopathy study, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Queen’s University. This unique combination has given Dr. Casey a strong background in human anatomy and physiology, as well as evidence-based research and treatment methods.
